The good news is that the new boardwalk has begun! The bad news is that the continued rain has flooded the off-boardwalk trail bypassing the construction.
PLEASE call before visiting to ensure that access has been restored to the boardwalk. Once construction reaches the high ground, flooding will not be an issue. Once construction reaches the fork, no off-boardwalk travel will be necessary and there will no longer be limits on accessibility for individuals with mobility issues.
